How to Generate Employee Reports

This guide shows you how to generate an employee details report in NeuHR. You can filter by report type, select employees, and choose which information fields to include before downloading.

  1. From the sidebar, click on Reports to expand the menu, then click on Employees.

  2. On the Employee Details Report page, select the scope of the report under the Type field:

    • Group Company — Generates a report across all companies in the group.
    • Company — Generates a report for a specific company. An additional Company dropdown will appear to let you select which company.

  3. Click the Employees dropdown and select one or more employees to include in the report. You can search by name.

    Optionally, enable the Include deactivated employees ? toggle to include employees who are no longer active.

  4. Click the Employee Information dropdown and select the fields you want to include as columns in the report, such as Full Name, Email, Department, or Job Title.

  5. Click the Download Report button. The report will be downloaded to your device as a file.
