How to Generate Employee Reports
This guide shows you how to generate an employee details report in NeuHR. You can filter by report type, select employees, and choose which information fields to include before downloading.

Navigate to Employee Reports
Section titled “Navigate to Employee Reports”From the sidebar, click on
Reportsto expand the menu, then click onEmployees.

Select a Type
Section titled “Select a Type”On the
Employee Details Reportpage, select the scope of the report under theTypefield:- Group Company — Generates a report across all companies in the group.
- Company — Generates a report for a specific company. An additional
Companydropdown will appear to let you select which company.

Select Employees
Section titled “Select Employees”Click the
Employeesdropdown and select one or more employees to include in the report. You can search by name.Optionally, enable the
Include deactivated employees ?toggle to include employees who are no longer active.

Select Employee Information
Section titled “Select Employee Information”Click the
Employee Informationdropdown and select the fields you want to include as columns in the report, such asFull Name,Email,Department, orJob Title.

Download the Report
Section titled “Download the Report”Click the
Download Reportbutton. The report will be downloaded to your device as a file.
