How to Generate Claims Reports

This guide shows you how to generate a claims report in NeuHR. You can filter by report type, employees, claims types, and date range before downloading.

  1. From the sidebar, click on Reports to expand the menu, then click on Claims.

    Navigate to Claims Reports

  2. On the Claims Report page, under the Type field, select the scope of the report:

    • Group Company — Generates a report across all companies in the group.
    • Company — Generates a report for a specific company. An additional Company dropdown will appear to let you select which company.

  3. Click the Employees dropdown and select one or more employees to include in the report. You can search by name.

    Optionally, enable the Include deactivated employees ? toggle to include employees who are no longer active.

    Click the Claims Types dropdown and select the claim types to report on.

    Adjust the Start Date and End Date fields to set the date range for the report.

  4. Click the Download Report button. The report will be downloaded to your device as a file.
