Which Methods of Payment are Supported
NeuHR uses Stripe as its secure payment processor. Payments are accepted when subscribing to a plan or purchasing add-ons from the Billing page.
Supported Payment Methods

Section titled “Credit and Debit Cards”NeuHR accepts the following card networks:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Diners Club
To pay by card, enter your card number, expiry date (MM/YY), CVC, and cardholder name at checkout.
Digital Wallets
Section titled “Digital Wallets”- Apple Pay — available on supported Apple devices and browsers
- Link — Stripe’s one-click checkout for saving and reusing payment details across Stripe-powered merchants
Currency
Section titled “Currency”You can pay in SGD (Singapore Dollar) or MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Select your preferred currency at checkout. Exchange rates and bank fees may apply for MYR payments.
