How to Bulk Credit/Debit Employees Leave Balance

Admins can adjust leave balances for multiple employees at once using the bulk Credit/Debit feature from the Employees List.

  1. Navigate to Employees > Employees List in the sidebar. Each employee row has a checkbox on the left.

  2. Click the checkboxes to select the employees whose leave balance you want to adjust. You can also click the header checkbox to select all employees at once. The Credit/Debit Leave button will appear once at least one employee is selected.

  3. Click the Credit/Debit Leave button. A confirmation dialog appears listing all selected employees.

  4. Review the list of employees, then click Confirm to proceed to the Credit/Debit Leave form.

  5. Click the Status Type dropdown and select the leave type whose balance you want to adjust.

  6. Fill in the form and click Credit or Debit

    Set the Value (number of days), choose Credit or Debit under Action Type, and enter a reason in the Remarks field (required). Then click Credit (or Debit if debiting) to apply the change to all selected employees.
