How to Cancel My Subscription Plan

Subscription cancellations are handled by the NeuHR support team. To cancel your plan, contact customer support directly through the live chat.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Section titled “Navigate to Billing”

    From the sidebar, click on Settings to expand the menu, then click on Billing.

  2. Contact Customer Support

    Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page to open the live chat window.

    Let the support team know you’d like to cancel your subscription. They will guide you through the process and confirm the cancellation.
